About the role

dandy is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, Training to enhance our customer onboarding and initial success processes. This role is central to optimizing the operational framework for our Training team, ensuring customers achieve value quickly and contribute to revenue growth. You will be the key RevOps partner for Training leadership, building the systems and processes that drive efficient customer activation.

What you'll do

• Oversee all Revenue Operations aspects for the Training team, from contract finalization through a customer's first 30 days.
• Convert high-level revenue objectives into actionable plans for the Training department.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, and central RevOps to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
• Develop and automate workflows to improve the Training team's operational effectiveness.
• Create reporting and dashboards to monitor customer lifecycle health and identify areas for enhancement.
• Support the Training team's expansion into new international markets within the next 12 months.
• Work with Training leadership to boost conversion rates in the post-sales funnel, from contract signing to customer completion.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or a similar function.
• Demonstrated experience supporting customer onboarding, activation, or early customer lifecycle revenue initiatives.
• Solid proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and analytics platforms like Looker and Hex.
• A track record of translating strategic goals into scalable operational processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency, take ownership, and navigate ambiguity.
