About the role
This role will oversee the team responsible for providing revenue leaders with critical visibility into customer lifecycle performance, from initial interest to successful onboarding. You will ensure the Revenue Operations function delivers actionable insights and regular business reviews to support predictable revenue growth.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement a go-to-market model that spans the entire customer journey, from lead generation to activation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Post-Sales operations to manage the go-to-market planning cycle, including capacity modeling, territory design, quota setting, and coverage strategies for both US and international markets.
- Track forecast accuracy and pipeline predictability for executive review, working alongside Sales Ops leaders.
- Work with Marketing, Finance, and Post-Sales Ops to ensure smooth transitions of revenue-generating activities.
- Provide data-driven insights into sales representative productivity, conversion rates, and deal progression speed.
- Partner with Finance and Data teams to create executive reports that illuminate revenue drivers, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and potential churn risks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a similarly analytical field, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and developing teams.
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and organization.
- The ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business requirements.
- A track record of successful cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue goals.
