Dandy is seeking a senior product leader to spearhead our expansion into the Enterprise Dental Support Organization (DSO) market. This role offers a significant opportunity to shape the future of dental practice operations by defining, developing, and scaling a comprehensive product suite for large, multi-location groups. You will navigate a complex landscape where software, hardware, AI, and custom manufacturing converge.

What you'll do
- Establish and execute the complete product strategy for the enterprise segment, taking full ownership of its success.
- Create solutions that cater to various stakeholders within enterprise organizations, from executive buyers and procurement to office managers and individual practice users.
- Develop a unified platform that enhances profitability, reporting, automation, and best practices across diverse clinical practice types, balancing corporate objectives with clinical needs.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced planning environment, adapting to change and driving execution amidst ambiguity.
- Champion a data-centric approach to optimize cost structures, revenue, and operational workflows for enterprise practices.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years in Product Management, with a proven history of owning and successfully launching complex products from inception to significant scale.
- Substantial experience with enterprise software, including understanding procurement processes, managing multiple user personas, and designing scalable architectures.
- A strong inclination for rapid action and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles, thriving in dynamic and evolving settings.
- A deep commitment to understanding user behavior, workflows, and pain points across different customer segments to drive effective problem-solving.
- Experience or a strong aptitude for products that integrate software with physical operational elements such as hardware, AI, or custom manufacturing.
- The ability to function as an individual contributor initially, defining the product space and building foundational elements, with the leadership potential to grow and manage a team as the segment expands.
Nice to have
- Experience in industries with complex physical supply chains or manufacturing operations where software plays a key role.
- A track record of scaling a product from success in the small to medium-sized business market to dominance in the enterprise sector.
- Familiarity with the dental, medical, or broader healthcare technology industries.
