About the role

Dandy is seeking a Director of Product to lead our expansion into the Enterprise Dental Support Organization (DSO) market. This role involves owning the product strategy for large, multi-location dental groups, integrating software, hardware, AI, and manufacturing components. You will define and scale solutions that meet the complex needs of enterprise clients.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the complete product strategy for Dandy's enterprise customer base, driving success in this high-growth sector.
• Create solutions that cater to various levels within enterprise customers, including corporate executives, procurement teams, office managers, and daily dental practice users.
• Design a platform system to enhance profitability, reporting, automation, and best practices across diverse clinical practice types.
• Operate effectively within rapid planning cycles, adapting to changes and executing quickly despite ambiguity.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize cost structures, revenue metrics, and operational workflows across multiple enterprise practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Product Management, with a history of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
• Strong background in enterprise software, including understanding procurement processes, multi-stakeholder needs, and scalable architectures.
• A proactive and ambitious mindset, comfortable with fast-paced environments and overcoming obstacles.
• A deep commitment to understanding customer behaviors, workflows, and pain points across different user groups.
• Experience or comfort with products that combine software with physical operational elements like hardware, AI, or custom manufacturing.
• Ability to start as an individual contributor, defining the product space and laying groundwork, with the capacity to build and lead a team as the segment expands.

• Experience in companies or marketplaces where software interacts with complex physical supply chains or manufacturing.
• Prior success in scaling a product from the SMB market to enterprise dominance.
• Familiarity with the dental, medical, or healthcare technology sectors.
