About the role

Join dandy's foundational sales team in Germany as we build out our go-to-market strategy from the ground up. This role is central to generating interest and filling our sales pipeline by connecting with dental practices. You will play a key part in shaping our sales processes and driving revenue growth in a rapidly expanding company.

What you'll do

Initiate contact with potential dental practice clients.

Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach via email, phone, and creative methods.

Record sales activities and refine your approach using Salesforce and other platforms.

Communicate dandy's value proposition, address concerns, and guide prospects through the initial sales stages.

Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.

Contribute ideas to establish and improve the German BDR function, influencing our methods, tools, and strategy.

Requirements

1-2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and native-level German proficiency.

Experience with cold calling, with a preference for those who have targeted small to medium-sized businesses.

A drive for continuous learning and development in sales techniques.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly become productive.

Familiarity with common sales software and an eagerness to adopt new tools.

A history of professional and academic achievement.

Nice to have

Experience with marketplace business models.

A consistently positive outlook, a good sense of humor, and the ability to enjoy your work.

Demonstrated high achievement in any field, including non-traditional backgrounds showing deep discipline.
