About the role
Join dandy as a foundational member of our German commercial team. You will be instrumental in building and executing our sales strategy for small to medium-sized dental practices in Germany. This role offers a unique chance to shape market entry and drive significant growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing new business with SMB dental practices.
Actively seek out and connect with dental practices to bring them on as new clients.
Contribute significantly to defining dandy's sales approach, communication, and operational methods in Germany.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using Salesforce.
Develop a deep understanding of the dental industry and dandy's product offerings and benefits.
Collaborate with senior sales management to achieve revenue goals and refine key performance indicators.
Operate with a sense of urgency and accountability in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Requirements
Possess at least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on full-cycle closing responsibilities.
Demonstrate fluency in English and a native-level command of German.
Experience working in a rapidly growing startup or a scaling business environment is highly desirable.
Be comfortable navigating situations with limited structure and resources.
Exhibit strong organizational capabilities and a disciplined approach to managing your sales pipeline.
Be highly proficient in using Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management systems.
Show a history of consistent professional achievements.
