About the role
This role focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with dandy's most significant clients, including large dental groups and enterprise organizations. You will act as the main point of contact for leadership within these accounts, driving value through expert advice, data analysis, and growth strategies.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage a dedicated group of dandy's largest and most intricate customers, such as multi-location dental organizations and major enterprise clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for each account to ensure continued business, increased usage, and high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize performance data to identify patterns, potential issues, and opportunities within your client portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive, clinical, and operational leaders, ensuring dandy's offerings align with their business objectives.
- Discover and pursue opportunities for additional sales, expanded services, and new product adoption within existing accounts.
- Work with procurement, operations, and finance departments at client organizations to finalize agreements and contract terms.
- Lead discussions on scaling the deployment of technology, increasing user engagement, and introducing new dandy solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers at major client accounts.
- Present strategic reviews, performance insights, and future plans to demonstrate the value of our partnership.
- Proactively address potential client needs to prevent churn and foster growth.
- Gain a thorough understanding of dental group operations, digital workflows, and the competitive landscape.
- Communicate effectively with both clinical and business leaders, offering relevant and customized solutions.
- Share feedback from enterprise clients with product and clinical teams to inform future development.
- Collaborate with sales, support, training, and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing success.
- Contribute insights from enterprise clients to shape product development and operational enhancements.
- Experiment with different engagement methods and value propositions to improve performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing substantial, complex customer accounts with multiple locations.
- Strong business understanding with a history of increasing sales, expanding services, and securing renewals in enterprise settings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience interacting with executive-level individuals.
- Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into practical actions and insights.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty, manage multiple priorities, and influence various internal teams.
- Highly motivated and focused on results, with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
