You will be instrumental in scaling our People operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all employee lifecycle stages.

What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional projects and change management initiatives with significant operational impact.
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and problem-solving.
- Design, document, and implement end-to-end People processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Own and manage HR systems, including Deel, configuring workflows and ensuring data accuracy.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools to support headcount growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage policy documentation and identify potential risks.
- Administer compensation cycles, salary adjustments, and benefits programs in collaboration with Finance.
- Support immigration and global mobility processes for new hires and relocating employees.
- Coordinate operational aspects of immigration cases, including permits and registrations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in People Operations or a generalist HR role with a focus on operational execution.
- Proven experience owning and configuring at least one HR system, including data quality and workflow management.
- Familiarity with employment law in the UK, Netherlands, USA, Germany, Singapore, and Japan, with experience across some of these markets.
- Exceptional attention to detail, identifying and resolving inconsistencies in data and policies.
- Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure, managing multiple workstreams without dropping tasks.
- Strong written communication skills, producing clear, precise, and unambiguous process documents and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and gain alignment across diverse teams.
- Excellent project management and self-organization skills, breaking down goals into actionable steps.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to change in a fast-growing company environment.
Practical notes
This role reports to the Head of People, based in Amsterdam. Occasional travel to other locations may be required for collaboration.
