About the role
We are seeking a Foundry Partnerships Manager to join our team, focusing on expanding the reach of our AI Materials platform. This role involves building and managing relationships across various global regions, crucial for bringing new semiconductor and advanced materials to market. You will report to the Head of Partnerships.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Serve as the main operational contact for technology partners, business clients, and research groups in Europe, the USA, and APAC.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global engagement strategy.
- Create scalable frameworks for partner interactions.
- Oversee daily interactions with global stakeholders.
- Coordinate project timelines between external partners and CuspAI leadership.
- Work with the Head of Partnerships and Chief Strategy Officer to align ecosystem activities with our overall company plan.
- Collaborate with AI Research, Computational Chemistry, and Product teams to integrate partner feedback into platform development.
- Partner with marketing and PR to highlight successful partner outcomes, such as faster simulations and new material applications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in how AI can transform materials science and a desire to bring sustainable technologies to humanity.
- Proven experience in ecosystem management, strategic alliances, or technical community building, preferably in a high-growth startup or deep-tech setting.
- Significant experience communicating and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience independently planning and managing events and conferences from start to finish, including initiatives with Fortune 100 companies.
- Extensive global cross-cultural experience, with a track record of building trust with senior stakeholders across international borders (e.g., Europe, USA, APAC).
- Confident and charismatic communicator with direct experience hosting, moderating, and organizing both virtual and in-person events for technical audiences.
- Foundational understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, hardware roadmaps, or advanced materials development.
Nice to have
- Professional background in a semiconductor foundry, design firm, or electronics materials supplier.
- Native or professional fluency in a second language relevant to our global hubs (e.g., Japanese, Korean, German).
- Academic background or deep personal knowledge in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience managing joint ecosystem programs with major hardware technology companies like NVIDIA or Meta.

Practical notes
- This role may require regular travel to partner sites and other locations for collaboration.
