About the role
This leadership position directs the enterprise AI strategy and oversees a multidisciplinary group of machine learning engineers and data scientists. You will manage the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial development to production deployment and governance, while driving innovation in generative and agentic systems.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Architect and deploy machine learning, generative AI, and agentic models to automate enterprise workflows.
- Build and manage MLOps and LLMOps frameworks, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Create an enterprise AI roadmap that balances immediate business needs with long-term technical capability.
- Lead AI governance by enforcing policies on model risk, fairness, data privacy, and security.
- Recruit and mentor technical staff while fostering a culture of experimentation and rigorous engineering.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to track KPIs and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning engineering, or data science.
- Minimum of 4 years in a people management role.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with generative AI and agentic systems.
- Proven history of taking AI/ML systems from concept to production at an enterprise scale.
- Expertise in building and scaling agentic AI pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
Nice to have
- Master degree in a quantitative, business, or arts field.
- Background in responsible AI frameworks, model risk management, or AI governance.
