About the role

You will act as the primary representative for CDNA predictive markets, ensuring our B2B partners receive consistent support and clear communication. This role involves real-time monitoring of live events and market health to resolve operational issues before they escalate.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Act as the main contact for B2B partners regarding market availability, contract specifications, and settlement results.
• Watch live markets during active events to spot and report liquidity shortages, pricing errors, or operational glitches.
• Follow sports, political, and macroeconomic news in real time to keep market information accurate.
• Partner with the ExOps team to address settlement edge cases and relay partner feedback for quick resolution.
• Document partner interactions and market events to maintain an audit trail compliant with CFTC standards.
• Participate in rotating shift schedules that include evening and weekend hours to support peak market activity.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in market monitoring, trading support, or client-facing operations.
• Background in financial exchanges, prediction markets, or sports betting.
• Understanding of event contracts, binary options, or similar derivatives.
• Ability to communicate complex market mechanics clearly and professionally.
• Experience managing B2B or institutional client relationships in high-pressure environments.
• High attention to detail with the ability to track multiple data points simultaneously.
• Ability to remain composed when resolving partner issues during live events.
• Interest in sports and current events to understand market engagement drivers.
• Proficiency with dashboards and monitoring tools; no coding required.
