Associate, Digital Asset Operations

About the role

This position sits at the junction of traditional finance and the digital asset sector. You will manage the full lifecycle of asset integrations and coordinate high-stakes platform events while acting as the main point of contact for external partners.

What you'll do

• Handle the end-to-end operational process for new asset launches, including initial vetting, deployment, and long-term maintenance.
• Execute critical platform updates such as token migrations, protocol upgrades, smart contract swaps, and asset delistings.
• Serve as the main operational representative for external foundations and project teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure projects meet technical and regulatory standards.
• Support joint promotional activities and growth initiatives with external partners.
• Create and update internal documentation, tracking systems, and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in traditional finance sectors such as investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance, asset management, or accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive, market-moving data.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work with high attention to detail in time-sensitive environments.
