About the role
Crux is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Insights Lead to enhance our go-to-market operations. This role focuses on optimizing deal flow and improving cross-functional execution across our Transferable Tax Credits, Debt, and Investments offerings. You will analyze the entire sales funnel, identify bottlenecks, and implement process and technology solutions to accelerate deal velocity.

What you'll do
Analyze the complete go-to-market funnel for Transferable Tax Credits, Debt, and Investments to understand conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
Pinpoint and prioritize the most impactful process enhancements, supported by data analysis rather than assumptions.
Collaborate with BizOps and Product teams to develop and implement necessary tools and systems to address identified issues.
Provide an external perspective on commercial strategies, comparing industry best practices with Crux's current approach.
Integrate with commercial teams to gain firsthand understanding of deal dynamics and build trust.
Develop fluency in both commercial and energy finance terminology to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
5-10 years of professional experience, including:
Experience in finance, investing, management consulting, or a similarly analytical field.
Experience in an operational capacity, leading cross-functional projects or business operations.
Familiarity with complex financial products, enterprise software, or other technical business areas, with the ability to bridge communication between technical, financial, and commercial teams.
Proven ability to identify root causes, synthesize complex information, and drive decisions based on data.
Experience designing, implementing, or refining operational processes, systems, or tools in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience working collaboratively with Finance, Commercial, Product, Engineering, and other departments to improve business results.
Ability to balance operational efficiency with user adoption and change management.
Demonstrated success operating effectively across both finance and go-to-market functions, influencing diverse stakeholder priorities.
Nice to have
Experience managing sales pipelines.
Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) driving commercial change.
