About the role
Join Crusoe's Finance team as a Senior Director, reporting to the SVP of Finance. You will be responsible for the core financial planning, consolidation, and reporting functions for a rapidly expanding infrastructure company. This role integrates financial data from various business lines to provide a unified view of company performance and future direction.

What you'll do
- Manage the company's consolidated financial model across all business units, creating a unified enterprise perspective.
- Direct the entire process for annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning, establishing standards for business-line finance teams.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for the CFO, executive team, Board, and investors, translating results into actionable insights.
- Develop analytical frameworks for capital allocation decisions across various capital-intensive growth opportunities, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Conduct company-wide variance analysis comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Act as a central point of contact between business-line FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations to ensure consistent financial data.
- Maintain planning and reporting processes to meet internal control standards and support audit and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of increasing responsibility in finance, with significant experience in corporate FP&A or central finance at a high-growth, capital-intensive company.
- Deep understanding of financial consolidation, long-range planning, and capital allocation strategies, including scenario modeling across multiple business lines.
- Practical experience implementing or scaling FP&A platforms (such as Anaplan or Adaptive) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise financial materials for senior leadership, boards, and investors.
- Proven capability to unify finance leaders across different business units around common financial figures and planning schedules.
- Experience building and developing a high-performing team, or a clear readiness to take on such a leadership role.
Nice to have
- Experience in a vertically integrated company that includes both physical infrastructure (energy, manufacturing, construction) and software/cloud services.
- Previous involvement in fundraising, credit facilities, or investor reporting for a fast-growing private company.
