SVOD Strategy Senior Manager

About the role

This role manages the long-term strategic direction for the SVOD line of business, reporting to the Director of SVOD Strategy. You will translate company vision into actionable initiatives while coordinating with marketing, product, and business development teams to drive growth.

What you'll do

• Manage the SVOD operating rhythm to align financial performance with quarterly and long-term strategic goals.
• Refine global membership strategy and maintain fan segmentation and total addressable market models.
• Develop 5-year strategic plans based on research, competitive benchmarking, and regional market analysis.
• Create regionalization playbooks and territory factbases to guide local investment and business model alignment.
• Build business cases for new membership benefits, including opportunity sizing and test-and-learn design.
• Identify long-term growth opportunities over a 5-10 year horizon.
• Lead ad-hoc projects for the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or enterprise strategy within media, technology, streaming, or consumer digital sectors.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present recommendations to C-suite executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adjust to changing business priorities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in e-commerce, advertising, or digital subscription services.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a recognized institution.
