About the role

Cribl is looking for a leader to manage the West region Solutions Engineering team. You will guide a group of technical professionals helping enterprise clients optimize their telemetry data strategies and observability workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers focused on the West region.
• Support enterprise customers in adopting Cribl Stream, Edge, Search, Lake, and AI products.
• Assist clients with SIEM migrations, SOC modernization, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Guide technical teams in implementing telemetry as a shared service to improve DORA compliance.
• Oversee the design of data strategies that include tiering, cost control, and vendor lock-in avoidance.
• Manage the delivery of interactive demos and technical onboarding for complex environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine product capabilities across collection, enrichment, redaction, and visualization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing technical sales or solutions engineering teams within the enterprise software space.
• Deep understanding of observability, telemetry data, and the modern data stack.
• Ability to support customers across diverse industries including financial services, healthcare, federal, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in working with cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and Google.
• Familiarity with ecosystem tools including Splunk, Elastic, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto Networks, Wiz, Exabeam, and Confluent.
