About the role

Cresta is expanding its presence in the Iberia region and seeks a founding Sales Development Representative based in Madrid. You will focus on building a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads to support our growth.

What you'll do

• Expand the Cresta client base using personalized outreach via email, phone, and social media.
• Develop persuasive messaging tailored to specific accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to execute campaigns that increase revenue.
• Use market research to build strategic plans that boost interest in our AI platform.
• Work alongside account executives to secure meetings and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage and prioritize lists of target contacts and accounts.
• Engage in high-level discussions with company executives.
• Meet monthly targets for meetings, qualified opportunities, and total pipeline value.
• Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and pitch materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, ideally within the high-tech or software sector.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese for both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent storytelling abilities and professional business acumen.
