Sales Enablement Manager, EMEA at Cresta.
About the role
Cresta is looking for a hands-on professional to establish and grow our EMEA go-to-market team. You will design and implement training programs to accelerate onboarding, improve sales execution, and drive revenue growth across international markets.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Customize global onboarding materials to address regional market dynamics and specific buyer personas for EMEA account executives.
- Provide direct support to new hires through structured training, pipeline development guidance, and deal coaching.
- Standardize sales methodologies and processes from initial discovery through to contract closure.
- Conduct live workshops, role-playing sessions, and certification programs to improve team performance.
- Work with product marketing to localize messaging, competitive positioning, and objection handling for regional use cases.
- Analyze performance data such as quota attainment, win rates, and ramp times to identify gaps and adjust enablement strategies.
- Prepare the sales force for new product releases, pricing changes, and strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales management within a B2B SaaS company.
- Background in supporting or working directly with global sales organizations, with a preference for EMEA experience.
- Deep understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles.
- Proven track record of building and modifying enablement frameworks in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coach sales professionals and drive measurable performance improvements.
- Strong communication skills suitable for managing cross-cultural team dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in an ambiguous, builder-focused role.
