About the role
You will lead a team focused on showcasing the Cresta AI platform during pre-sales engagements. This role involves building scalable demo infrastructure and creating personalized, high-impact environments that highlight our conversation intelligence and AI agent capabilities.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of Demo Engineers while fostering technical excellence.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for demo engineering that aligns with go-to-market goals and product updates.
- Develop standardized, modular demo frameworks that support various industries and buyer personas.
- Oversee the reliability and architecture of demo environments, including virtual agents and analytics workflows.
- Integrate new product features into demo assets to ensure the field team can effectively present the latest capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering to influence roadmaps based on field feedback.
- Define success metrics for demo quality, environment uptime, and team output.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Proficiency in technical foundations including APIs, authentication, data systems, and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to scale technical teams and processes in fast-growing environments.
- Experience managing customer-facing technical projects like pilots, POCs, or demos.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across GTM and product teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with CCaaS platforms such as Five9, Amazon Connect, or Twilio.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Background in contact center workflows or conversational AI.
- Experience working with UX or conversation design teams.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.
- Previous work in enterprise AI or high-growth SaaS companies.
