Craft narratives and prepare speaking materials for C-suite and sales leaders to maximize executive impact and maintain message consistency.
Mentor junior team members and onboard new hires, strengthening collaboration through team rituals, roadmaps, and shared best practices.
Leverage CRM and field operations tools to manage data integrity and ensure the smooth execution of field marketing initiatives.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, positioning events as a key channel within the integrated marketing mix.
Establish documentation playbooks and post-event reviews to institutionalize knowledge and improve future event ROI.
Communicate proactively with cross-functional stakeholders to remove roadblocks and ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Utilize analytical skills to build testing frameworks for event initiatives, validating hypotheses and iterating based on performance data.
Represent Cresta at industry events and partner meetings, building relationships that reinforce the brand's authority in the AI customer experience space.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required to ensure foundational knowledge in marketing or a related discipline.
B2B field or event marketing experience, or integrated campaign experience, spanning 3 to 5 years is necessary for this role to ensure a practical understanding of the sales cycle.
The ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously is demonstrated through strong project management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Up, down, and across organizational influence is enabled by excellent communication skills, allowing for effective stakeholder management at all levels.
An analytical mindset is used to report on event performance and ROI to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and guide ongoing optimization.
A proven track record of managing events in a B2B context is required to navigate the complexities of enterprise buying committees and stakeholder alignment.
Experience with CRM platforms is essential to track leads, manage relationships, and report on the full customer journey from event to closed deal.
The capacity to travel domestically within the United States on an as-needed basis is required to support key events and partner meetings.
