About the role

Cresta is looking for a hands-on professional to manage the deployment and optimization of our self-service platform for key clients. You will act as a primary technical resource, helping customers derive value from their conversation data while mentoring their internal teams.

What you'll do

• Implement and maintain the Opera self-service product for customer programs.
• Achieve Opera certification to manage keyword and utterance rules for tracking contact center interactions.
• Analyze voice data to uncover trends and communicate findings to client stakeholders.
• Track performance anomalies and emerging topics using internal diagnostic tools.
• Align client business objectives with contact center operational workflows.
• Fulfill ad hoc analytical requests and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Train and support client analysts on the effective use of Cresta technology.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure client success and platform adoption.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to present complex insights to senior executive leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Aptitude for mastering SaaS platforms and new technical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in contact center environments.
• Familiarity with speech analytics software.
