About the role
The Category Growth team acts as the primary driver for the consumer portfolio, focusing on revenue, retention, and lifetime value. You will manage high-priority business initiatives from initial diagnosis to final execution, working across multiple departments to improve category performance.

What you'll do
- Own and manage complex consumer business opportunities to improve paid conversion and overall portfolio growth.
- Perform deep-dive portfolio analysis to identify root causes and prioritize strategic investments.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Content, Data, Finance, and Partner teams.
- Design experiments and operating mechanisms to accelerate learning and improve business decision-making.
- Balance short-term revenue goals with long-term category growth and learner value.
- Influence stakeholders by presenting data-driven business cases and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, growth, category management, product strategy, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that produced measurable business outcomes.
- Experience using quantitative analysis to influence strategic decisions.
- Ability to manage ambiguous, multi-stakeholder projects from definition to implementation.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent experience in cross-functional problem solving.
- Experience in consumer technology, e-commerce, marketplaces, subscriptions, digital media, or ed-tech.
- Proficiency with SQL or experience partnering with analytics teams to interpret large datasets.
- Experience designing scalable decision-making frameworks and business reviews.
- Background in driving experimentation and translating findings into repeatable practices.

- Salary for US Zone 3: $147,475 - $173,500.
- Salary for US Zone 4: $137,275 - $161,500.
