What you'll do

• Oversee the interactions and relationships between general contractors and subcontractors on our platform.
• Maintain a balanced ecosystem of supply and demand to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product features and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Drive the execution of product initiatives from conception through to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a marketplace or platform environment.
• Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
• A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the construction industry or related fields.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product development.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Ability to work with data analytics tools to derive insights and inform product strategy.
