About the role

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex infrastructure initiatives within our AI-native cloud environment. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver high-performance GPU compute and storage solutions for large-scale AI workloads.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical programs related to our GPU compute and infrastructure platforms.
• Align engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure the successful deployment of AI-native cloud services.
• Track project milestones, identify technical bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain development velocity.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure infrastructure projects meet performance and scalability targets.
• Monitor program health, manage risks, and provide status updates on critical initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management within a cloud infrastructure or high-performance computing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects from conception to production.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, GPU compute, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans for engineering teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on technical priorities.

Skills & tools

• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms and managed services.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure requirements and performance benchmarking.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tracking tools.
• Knowledge of hardware and software lifecycles in a data center environment.
