Technical Deployment Manager

About the role

You will oversee the hands-on implementation and physical setup of high-performance compute infrastructure. This position requires a balance of technical hardware knowledge and project management to ensure our data center deployments meet strict operational standards.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the physical installation and configuration of GPU and CPU compute hardware.
• Manage the lifecycle of server nodes and fleet operations within our data centers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure networking and storage configurations align with project specifications.
• Monitor deployment progress to maintain schedules and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues during the rollout phase.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data center operations or technical infrastructure deployment.
• Familiarity with large-scale GPU compute environments and bare metal server management.
• Ability to work on-site in either Denton, TX or Chicago, IL.
• Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle management and server rack integration.
