About the role

CoreWeave is seeking a commercial attorney to manage complex legal agreements within the high-performance cloud infrastructure sector. You will serve as a primary point of contact for sales and business development teams, ensuring that contractual frameworks support the rapid scaling of our AI-native platform.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, and vendor contracts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with cloud computing and AI infrastructure deployments.
• Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and playbooks to improve the efficiency of the legal review process.
• Provide practical legal guidance on data privacy, intellectual property, and service level agreements.
• Support the expansion of the business by advising on go-to-market strategies and partnership arrangements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in good standing in at least one of the listed office jurisdictions.
• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial transactions.
• Proven track record of negotiating technology or cloud service agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills & tools

• Expertise in contract law and commercial litigation avoidance.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or hardware-related legal issues.
• Proficiency in drafting complex technical and commercial terms.
