What you'll do

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and design graphics for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Create visually appealing layouts for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Develop engaging graphics for social media campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and aesthetic.
• Assist in the design and production of internal and external communications, including newsletters, presentations, and reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions for design challenges.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring the final product meets project objectives.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and files, ensuring easy access for the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Support the team in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure all designs adhere to these standards.
• Assist in the preparation of mock-ups and prototypes for client presentations or internal reviews.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development to enhance your design capabilities and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a professional setting.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to manage individual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles and an understanding of how design impacts user engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design concepts and best practices.
• Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency setting.

Skills & tools
