About the role

Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the lifecycle of corporate meetings and brand activations. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is executed across our physical, hybrid, and virtual event products.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Act as the lead client contact from initial kick-off through post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide facility insights, room diagrams, and pre-sales support.
• Manage event timelines, run of show documents, and production deadlines.
• Coordinate with culinary, service, and AV production teams to finalize event logistics.
• Oversee the Event Operations Team to ensure all tasks are completed to company standards.
• Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including Program Execution Orders and invoices.
• Facilitate internal and external status meetings to track milestones.
• Handle financial responsibilities including program check calculations and balance collection.
• Provide feedback to Product and Design teams regarding platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
• Proven background in event planning and project management.
• Ability to remain calm and solve problems in high-pressure environments.
• Must currently reside in the UK and possess the legal right to work without sponsorship.

• Experience with SaaS, video conferencing, or event platforms.
