Commissions Analyst

About the role

Convene Hospitality Group is looking for a Commissions Analyst to join our UK Finance team. You will focus on centralising third-party commission processing and ensuring accurate, timely payments to our partners. This role reports to the Director of Finance, UK.

What you'll do

• Handle the centralised commissions inbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Manage the full commission payment cycle, ensuring invoices match third-party agency contracts.
• Audit Salesforce subledger data to correct errors in input or contract application.
• Provide status updates on event-level commission invoices to internal commercial teams and external agency partners.
• Review commission invoices to prepare them for weekly Accounts Payable batch runs.
• Collaborate with technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and reduce manual processing.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures by verifying the integrity of commission data.

Requirements

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management.
• Experience working with financial software and systems.
• Ability to manage payment inquiries and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
