This position leads the sales strategy for several high-profile lifestyle brands in New York City, including NeueHouse Madison Square and the upcoming venues The Mallory and Aperture. You will drive commercial success across these destinations, focusing on event sales and membership growth. This role involves shaping the market presence and revenue generation for a portfolio of unique hospitality and cultural spaces.

What you'll do
- Achieve multi-million dollar revenue goals by implementing sales, marketing, and pricing plans based on market conditions.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Centralized Sales, and Brand Marketing to align regional campaigns and enhance client experiences.
- Provide feedback on product design and service delivery based on client and member input.
- Coach and mentor a team of 4-6 sales professionals.
- Increase revenue and opportunities through local relationship building, channel partners, and strategic accounts.
- Develop relationships with key market partners, including hotels, large venues, broker agencies, and event production companies.
- Understand competitors and effectively communicate the unique value of NeueHouse.
- Work with operational leadership to support client experiences and maximize revenue.
- Evaluate and improve current team processes and procedures.
- Support the Marketing Manager in local outreach, campaigns, content creation, and community partnerships.
- Partner with the SVP Brand Marketing to utilize centralized resources for digital marketing, PR, graphic design, and cultural marketing.
- Collaborate with the Director of Membership on initiatives to engage members and foster community.
- Create accurate sales forecasts to guide operational strategy and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of sales experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in high-volume hospitality or event sectors.
- Strong understanding of revenue analytics.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams through close collaboration with sales, marketing, and revenue leadership.
- An established network within the New York City meetings, events, and hospitality industry.
- Experience cultivating relationships with corporate, agency, and event planning clients.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to use data and forecasting for pipeline health and business decisions.
- Capacity to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting while balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership.
