What you'll do

Requirements

• Proven experience in a software engineering leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years in software development and at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, along with experience in web technologies and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with software development tools and practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git), issue tracking, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in the telecommunications or cloud computing industry is a plus.
