Sr. Technical Consultant

This position involves providing expert technical assistance for Conga's product suite, with a special emphasis on Revenue and Contract Management solutions. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical challenges, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure a high standard of support.

What you'll do

• Address intricate technical problems, conduct root cause analysis, and offer clear guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to drive issue resolution and product enhancements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Conga's Revenue and Contract Management products, assisting customers with usage and best practices.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to a knowledge base for internal and external use.
• Maintain customer trust and satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support for Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, particularly those like Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise SaaS products, with a preference for Salesforce experience.
• Proficiency in debugging and analyzing technical issues, including experience with SQL, Java, or .NET, and Salesforce.
• Experience reviewing code and analyzing logs to identify and resolve customer-facing technical problems.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Availability to work primary shift hours between 7am MT and 6pm MT, with a requirement for rotational weekend and holiday shifts.

Practical notes

• The U.S. base salary range for this position is $76,080 to $121,730 USD.
• In addition to base salary, employees receive variable incentive pay, flexible work options, and benefits including medical and dental insurance.
