Software Engineer (AI Platform)

About the role

Join the AI Platform team to develop enterprise-grade AI and generative AI products. You will manage the full software lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the core technical systems that drive our business solutions.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain production software within a DevOps framework.
• Collaborate with product management to define, design, and deliver features.
• Manage the end-to-end AI development process, from data preprocessing and model training to evaluation and deployment.
• Ensure high service reliability through telemetry, observability, and root-cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and the creation of technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PyTest, and Celery.
• Experience with modern software design patterns and complex system architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to ship production-ready software.
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows, GitHub, and JIRA.
• Experience with automated testing and maintaining service health.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Terraform or GitHub Actions.
• Background in AI, machine learning, generative AI, or MLOps.
• Proficiency with SQL or NoSQL databases including MongoDB, MSSQL, or Postgres.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP services like VertexAI, BigQuery, GKE, GCS, DataFlow, and Kubeflow.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like PyMock or xUnit.
• Skills in additional languages such as C#, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
