Senior Sales Operations Analyst

This position manages the operational framework for the renewals business, focusing on forecasting, data integrity, and system processes. You will provide leadership with performance insights while collaborating across teams to resolve data challenges and support planning efforts.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage weekly, monthly, and executive-level forecasting for renewals and customer success.
• Produce reporting and insights for leadership and board-level materials.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency within renewal reporting.
• Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, including quota allocation and target setting.
• Oversee Salesforce data integrity, including field logic and reporting structures.
• Track performance metrics and incentive programs.
• Optimize workflows and operational processes to reduce manual tasks.
• Manage account assignments and data models for business segmentation.
• Partner with Finance, Customer Success, and RevOps to align on pipeline crediting and compensation logic.

Requirements

• Professional background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
• Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and data management.
• Analytical skills using Excel and BI tools.
• Ability to manage complex processes and maintain high data accuracy.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment.
