Senior Product Manager at Conga.
About the role
Conga is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our Rebate Management solution. You will manage complex financial workflows for enterprise clients in manufacturing, distribution, and CPG sectors.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a 3-month, 6-month, and 12-24 month product roadmap.
- Manage the full rebate object model, covering program configuration, accrual logic, and settlement workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize the backlog and deliver iterative updates in an agile environment.
- Translate customer feedback and market discovery into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine go-to-market narratives and competitive positioning.
- Monitor product health metrics, including adoption rates, settlement cycle times, and accrual accuracy.
- Coordinate with PMs across Pricing, CPQ, and Data Platform teams to ensure integrated commercial workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing complex, data-heavy products from start to finish.
- Ability to conduct effective discovery to identify core customer needs.
- Strong communication skills for both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Experience working in agile or Scrum frameworks with distributed engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with rebate management, channel incentives, or trade promotion software.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level manufacturing, distribution, or CPG business environments.
- MBA or equivalent business and analytical background.
- Experience working in a PE-backed or post-merger SaaS organization.
