Conga is seeking a Manager to lead a platform team focused on the shared services that underpin our B2B ecosystem. You will oversee critical infrastructure including security, science execution, and analytics, ensuring these tools meet high standards for performance and reliability.

What you'll do

• Manage and scale an engineering team focused on security, science execution, and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Security teams to define platform strategy and operational standards.
• Oversee authentication, authorization, and access control patterns that integrate with customer identity providers.
• Manage model packaging, deployment, and execution within B2B Cloud infrastructure.
• Deliver customer-facing insights regarding platform usage, health, and adoption.
• Maintain operational maturity through incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Support customer-facing teams with escalations and communicate technical progress or resolution details.
• Mentor engineers and senior contributors to foster technical leadership and execution discipline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineers in agile environments.
• Experience leading shared platform or infrastructure-adjacent teams that support multiple products.
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and perform career development for staff.
• Experience partnering with Architecture and Security teams to meet enterprise standards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional planning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices-based architectures and distributed services.
• Experience building and operating cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure at enterprise scale.
• Experience balancing iteration speed with platform stability.
• Track record of making technical decisions in complex environments with competing priorities.
• Experience operating in evolving platform spaces where business needs shift.
