FP&A Manager (R&D)

About the role

Conga is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with our Product and R&D organizations. You will manage financial modeling, monthly closes, and reporting while providing strategic insights to guide product roadmap prioritization and pricing decisions.

What you'll do

• Maintain corporate financial model inputs and lead monthly financial close processes.
• Develop and present financial analyses, dashboards, and reports to executive leadership and the board.
• Collaborate with R&D leadership to improve the accuracy of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct pricing analysis and support strategic product roadmap initiatives.
• Proactively identify business challenges and propose scalable financial solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Proven history of supporting R&D or Product organizations within a SaaS company.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and operational principles.
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with FP&A software such as Adaptive Insights or Anaplan.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau and Salesforce reporting.
• Experience facilitating due diligence or corporate development activities like M&A or capital raises.
