FP&A Sr Analyst (Corporate)

About the role

This position serves as a key member of the finance team, focusing on financial planning, reporting, and analytical support. You will contribute to board-level communications, manage Anaplan models, and assist with monthly financial cycles.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage and improve Anaplan financial models, including data integration and workflow automation.
• Assist with monthly close tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Maintain the weekly cash forecast model and report on variances to leadership.
• Develop and update board-level decks, executive summaries, and KPI dashboards.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects like process improvements or corporate development.
• Monitor travel and expense reporting to identify spending trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A.
• Proficiency in Excel and Anaplan.
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy in financial reporting and model documentation.
• Proactive mindset regarding process improvement and automation.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Anaplan administration.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Background in Salesforce reporting and CRM-integrated analysis.
• Previous work in a SaaS or software environment.
• Familiarity with M&A, capital raises, or due diligence processes.
• Experience with planning systems like Adaptive Insights.
