Director, People Partner

About the role

Conga is seeking a strategic leader to manage human resources initiatives for our global Operations and Services divisions. You will guide a regional team of People Partners while acting as a primary advisor to leadership on talent development, organizational change, and performance management.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support for performance management, talent assessments, and compensation planning.
• Mentor and manage a team of regional People Partners.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with operational goals.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership regarding HR operations.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in HR roles focusing on talent assessment, career development, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend a professional point of view.
• Proven experience in building relationships and providing high-level service to business partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for domestic and international strategy meetings.

Nice to have

• Bachelor or master degree.
• Familiarity with Workday.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking and analytics.
