Staff Demand Marketing Specialist

About the role

You will manage the strategy and performance of multichannel marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. This position focuses on driving revenue and pipeline by localizing global initiatives and creating targeted outbound programs that resonate with specific industries and personas.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of demand generation campaigns within the EMEA region.
• Adapt global marketing programs for local markets while developing regional topical campaigns.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to create messaging and data-driven outbound sales plays.
• Collaborate across internal departments including Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, Content, and Paid Media.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and report on outcomes to optimize future activities.
• Ensure all regional marketing materials are delivered accurately in English, French, and German.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand generation with a focus on multi-channel campaigns that impact pipeline and revenue.
• Fluency in French or German to support campaign reviews in core regions.
• Proven ability to manage project rollouts across EMEA and APAC.
• Experience in persona-based marketing with a deep understanding of European market nuances.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate which messaging and activities drive results in specific sub-regions.
