Deal Desk Sr Analyst

About the role

This position manages the review and structuring of complex commercial transactions to ensure they align with company policies. You will serve as a central partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to maintain deal velocity while minimizing financial risk.

What you'll do

• Review and structure complex enterprise-level deals to ensure they meet internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve deal roadblocks and expedite the approval process.
• Model deal profitability and evaluate the financial impact of specific contract terms.
• Enforce governance and approval workflows while maintaining high deal throughput.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership regarding deal health, pipeline trends, and revenue performance.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of professional experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise deal structures and discounting frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to influence Sales leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and scaling deal desk workflows.
• Familiarity with legal contract structures and compliance requirements.
• Background in tracking and reporting on deal metrics and approval cycles.
