Deal Desk Sr Analyst at Conga.
About the role
This position manages the review and structuring of complex commercial transactions to ensure they align with company policies. You will serve as a central partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to maintain deal velocity while minimizing financial risk.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Review and structure complex enterprise-level deals to ensure they meet internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve deal roadblocks and expedite the approval process.
- Model deal profitability and evaluate the financial impact of specific contract terms.
- Enforce governance and approval workflows while maintaining high deal throughput.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership regarding deal health, pipeline trends, and revenue performance.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of professional experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to manage complex enterprise deal structures and discounting frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to influence Sales leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience designing and scaling deal desk workflows.
- Familiarity with legal contract structures and compliance requirements.
- Background in tracking and reporting on deal metrics and approval cycles.
