Conga provides commercial operations solutions that help businesses manage pricing, contracts, and quoting. This role focuses on resolving technical issues and guiding customers through product configurations to ensure their business processes remain connected and efficient.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Resolve technical product and service issues while acting as an escalation point.
• Troubleshoot customer configurations and provide guidance on best practices for using Conga products within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Support customer success teams by engaging with business owners to optimize application usage.
• Advocate for customer priorities within the internal Conga organization.
• Assist in the setup of SaaS solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions and contribute to the internal knowledge database.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on technical background in debugging, root cause analysis, and resolving complex issues.
• Proficiency in Salesforce as a user or administrator.
• Technical troubleshooting skills in JavaScript (frontend) and Java (backend).
• Ability to analyze API behavior, including REST calls and request/response data.
• Understanding of CRM workflows, data structures, and data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships via phone and email.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
