Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Conga is seeking a professional to shape and scale content that educates buyers and drives pipeline growth across the customer journey. You will bridge the gap between brand, demand generation, and product marketing by producing high-quality narratives optimized for modern search and AI-driven discovery.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Write and edit content including blog posts, website copy, emails, social media, and one-pagers.
• Align content strategy with buyer pain points across the entire marketing funnel.
• Apply SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, and Generative Engine Optimization best practices.
• Manage the editorial calendar and maintain brand governance standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end webinar program, including planning, execution, and asset creation.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and executives to develop thought leadership pieces.
• Measure content performance to inform future strategy and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles.
• Proven background in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
• Experience managing editorial calendars and multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer narratives.
• Strong understanding of SEO and emerging content discovery trends.
• Portfolio demonstrating writing and storytelling capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial operations, revenue lifecycle management, CPQ, or CLM markets.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Background in producing executive thought leadership or managing speaker programs.
• Experience with global marketing teams or distributed stakeholders.
