Associate Sr. Technical Consultant

About the role

Conga is hiring a Sr. Technical Consultant to deliver global technical support for its CRM product suite. You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve customer issues while helping users get the most out of Conga solutions. The role sits within a support organization that keeps more than 10,000 customers, including over half of the Fortune 100, running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Investigate, diagnose, and fix technical problems reported by customers worldwide
• Identify root causes and deliver timely resolutions aligned with client SLAs
• Prioritize incoming tickets and escalate when necessary
• Guide customers on effective use of Conga products
• Collaborate with internal teams to document issues and share knowledge

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of technical support experience in any technology stack, ideally Salesforce, .Net, or Java
• Hands-on knowledge of workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, and approval processes
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and apply logical thinking to find root causes
• Experience with advanced SQL scripting, Java, .Net, SQL, or Salesforce development
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

Nice to have

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Visual Basic or C#
• Understanding of how systems integrate and how changes in one application affect others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Willingness to work rotational shifts within a 5 AM to 1 AM window to support customers across time zones
