Associate Cloud Identity Operations

About the role

This entry-level position focuses on the daily management of cloud identity and access services within the Security Enablement, Applications, and Services team. You will support identity lifecycles, access governance, and security operations across a multi-cloud environment, serving as a foundational role that prepares you for future growth into Cloud Operations.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage user provisioning, modifications, and offboarding across cloud platforms and SaaS tools.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including group memberships, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Execute role-based access control (RBAC) and assist with periodic entitlement certifications.
• Monitor non-human identities such as service principals and managed identities.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues and handle operational security queues.
• Maintain compliance evidence for SOX, ISO 27001, and internal audits.
• Develop automation scripts to improve identity management efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Understanding of IAM, Active Directory, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and cloud computing fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Windows administration and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with US-based security teams for incident handoffs and access reviews.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Exposure to major cloud environments and native identity tools.
• Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and non-human identity concepts.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts and security operations.
