About the role
Conga seeks a dedicated professional to drive new business acquisition within the enterprise sector. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Identify, pursue, and secure new logo accounts across strategic B2B industries.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to meet client needs.
- Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage objections and negotiate terms to finalize new business agreements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales.
- Bachelor degree required, though equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven history of exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partner relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions.
- Familiarity with CPQ, CLM, document generation, and e-signature products.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in revenue management.
- Academic background or experience in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or Operations Research.
