About the role
Join the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product Team, which develops the core operating system for healthcare practices. You will contribute to Insights, a product offering over 150 features that help practices manage operations and increase revenue. This position focuses on expanding and maintaining the website's infrastructure to support a growing number of practices.

What you'll do
- Develop complete products to enhance and support our operations teams.
- Contribute to a rapid-paced team that prioritizes quick execution and decisions.
- Work across the entire software development stack.
- Utilize a technology stack including Python, Typescript, JavaScript, React Native, and Flask.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Ability to develop both front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and back-end (Python) components to deliver complete products.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with current software development practices and lifecycles.
- Understanding of standard web technologies, including RESTful APIs and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Strong product engineering mindset with a proactive, builder-oriented approach.
- Capability to identify areas for process improvement.
- High proficiency in English, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with new, from-scratch projects, building and launching products.
- Previous work experience within the healthcare sector.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment, with frequent deployments.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) software.
