About the role
Join the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) AI team to develop autonomous backend systems for healthcare financial workflows. You will deploy production AI solutions, including LLM-powered agents and copilots, to automate claims, remittances, denials, and document extraction with built-in compliance. This role involves owning the full AI feature lifecycle, from prompt design to production infrastructure, and collaborating with customers to transform manual tasks into AI-assisted processes.

What you'll do
- Guide the RCM platform's technical direction by suggesting and implementing architectural, tool, and technology enhancements.
- Create complete products that transform revenue cycle management for healthcare providers and administrators.
- Manage end-to-end integration workflows, from initial design and development through deployment and ongoing monitoring.
- Work with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to define integration needs, technical approaches, and task priorities.
- Enhance system reliability and observability through improved monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.
- Boost the performance and scalability of web applications to support rapid expansion and smooth user experiences.
- Partner with infrastructure and backend teams to ensure high availability and resilience of core system functions.
- Perform thorough code reviews, maintain best practices, and drive architectural improvements across the technology stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience in the industry.
- Skilled in frontend languages such as Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
- Skilled in backend languages such as Python, Go, or C++.
- Experience with Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring/alerting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complete solutions and make sound architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, suitable for a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
