What you'll do
- Manage the infrastructure and runtime for Commure's OpenClaw agents.
- Build, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot agents on Linux virtual machines.
- Develop Python services, automation, operational tools, and agent integrations.
- Design and operate agent harnesses for tool use, memory, context, permissions, and error handling.
- Create a standardized platform for engineers to develop, test, and deploy agents safely.
- Deploy and manage agent workloads across Linux VMs, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS).
- Use Bash and Linux tools for system investigation, environment management, and production issue resolution.
- Build reliable systems for agent scheduling, background execution, queues, and concurrency.
- Develop integrations for agents to interact with internal services, databases, APIs, and communication platforms.
- Implement secure approaches for secrets, credentials, identity, and access control for autonomous agents.
- Establish evaluation frameworks to measure agent reliability, task completion, and cost.
- Implement production observability for agent traces, prompts, infrastructure, and resource use.
- Create dashboards, alerting, and incident response processes for agent and platform health.
- Diagnose failures across application code, model behavior, third-party tools, and cloud infrastructure.
- Improve platform efficiency and resilience as agent usage and complexity increase.
- Collaborate with product engineers to transition agent prototypes into dependable production systems.
- Define best practices for developing and operating autonomous agents across Commure.
