People Generalist (Bangladesh)

About the role

Commure is developing an AI operating system to modernize healthcare administration and clinical workflows. This role supports our Bangladesh team by managing daily HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage new hire onboarding, including coordination with IT and facilities departments.
• Conduct monthly orientation sessions and track all necessary new employee documentation.
• Oversee exit procedures, including clearance coordination and scheduling exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR database information.
• Organize training logistics, such as scheduling, attendance tracking, and materials preparation.
• Facilitate the company-wide Harassment Awareness Training program.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events and recognition programs at our Spectra and Regnum locations.
• Help draft and standardize local HR policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist the People Business Partner with data collection, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in HR or People Operations.
• Ability to work a hybrid shift from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am BST.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on employee experience.
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Commitment to information security policies, including annual attestation and reporting of potential security risks.
